The Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula race and events are overseen by an all-volunteer committee. These men and women provide their guidance and countless hours of service to ensure the smooth and successful racing and events operation of this world-renowned racing circuit.
Bio: After college went to work at Maryland Naval Shipyard for 20 years. When it closed was transferred to the Navy’s Fleet Numerical Center in Monterey. Retired in 2007. Began coming to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca while in high school in 1969. Started volunteering in 1996 after moving to Monterey.
Bio: Graduated from the School of Optometry at Berkeley (Calif.) and been in private practice in Salinas (Calif.) since 1984.

Bio: Over 30 years in the financial services industry beginning, with a management training program with Bank of America. In 1983 began a Securities career with Yates, Downer, Dyer and Kirkpatrick in Carmel, Calif. Spent 13 years with the late George Yates working with large institutional accounts. I am registered with the NAS. as a general securities representative with Royal Alliance Associates, Inc., and with the State of California as a Registered Investment Advisor. A Marine Corps veteran and live in Carmel, Calif.
Bio: First race was in 1966; became Assistant Director in 1998 and joined the Board of Directors in 2004; in 2007 was appointed the track archivist.
Personal Career: Joined the fire service as a Firefighter – 1984 Cachagua (Calif.) Fire Protection District, Volunteer Fire Dept – promoted to Captain in 1996; promoted to Department Training Officer in 1998. Currently department Captain/Training Officer

Bio: Currently a senior paralegal with Century Aluminum, joined Century in August 2006. Prior to this was senior paralegal and customs compliance manager with Tanimura & Antle, one of America’s largest privately held agribusiness companies beginning in March, 1995. Prior to this was the corporate paralegal with the Salinas, Calif., law firm of Noland, Hamerly, Etienne & Hoss, one of the largest and oldest law firms in the California Central Coast region. Areas of expertise include corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, California water law, and PACA.
Bio: Currently Lead Nurse Planner/Accreditation Manager for Wild Iris Medical Education, an accredited provider of online continuing professional education for occupational; and physical therapists and California EMS personnel. Previously perioperative nurse and quality assurance coordinator for freestanding ambulatory surgery center. Retired Army Nurse Corps officer. Areas of expertise include perioperative nursing, disaster preparedness, quality assurance/process improvement, adult education.
Bio: Retired from the Burlington Northern Rail Road as Pacific Northwest Regional Director, responsible for running inter-modal terminals (piggyback trains) from Portland, Ore., to Fresno, Calif. Currently General Manager: Terry Johnson Trucking Co, Inc., Coalinga, Calif.
Hometown: Lemoore, Calif.
College: St. John’s
