Job Description

This position plays an important role in creating brand awareness for Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The positions main responsibility is to uphold Mazda Raceway’s brand, visibility and overall awareness among a broad range of audiences. This role works with all departments to maintain a consistent and uniformed message that is conveyed through social media, field marketing and throughout the community. In addition to creating brand awareness, the position is accountable for all fan activation during events and working alongside event series to coordinate fan activities.

Reports To:

Marketing Manager & Vice President of Marketing and Sales

Education:

Four years college degree or equivalent work experience within the hospitality and/or special event industry.

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Well organized with an eye for detail and accomplished problem solver
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
