Hometown: Salinas, CACollege: School of Hard Knocks Favorite Racing Series: American LeMans Series, definitely! 3 classes competing at one time makes for interesting racing, lots of passing, and wild incidents. The series also cares about the fans, which is cool. Used to be NASCAR, but there's nothing stock about them anymore. Favorite Racer: Boris! Favorite Sport Activities: 12 oz. curls First Time You Realized You Like Racing: At age of 8, in 1971, when I learned to arc weld the first time on Ray Seals' car, after he damaged an A-frame at Watsonville Speedway. Favorite Book: Johnny Got His Gun Favorite movie: Apocalypse Now, Full Metal Jacket, Black Hawk Down Favorite music: Everything from AC/DC to Zappa, John Anderson to Hank Williams, to David Sanborn, Yellow Jackets, Tool, Sublime, Pavarotti, etc. Just not rap!
