Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca will become the seventh track to host the National Championship event in the Runoffs’ 50-year history, and marks the return of the Runoffs to the West Coast for the first time since the now-closed Riverside International Raceway in 1968. The SCCA National Championship Runoffs has crowned Club Racing National Champions in a winner-take-all, single race format since 1964. Through 24 separate races over three days, the 2013 edition will crown champions in 28 Runoffs-eligible classes.
The Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion is a cornerstone of Monterey Peninsula’s Classic Car Week. Only around 550 vehicles will be accepted, based on the car’s authenticity, race provenance and period correctness. Nearly every decade of motorsports history will be represented in what is described as a museum springing to life.
The sounds of motorcycles will again roar through the central California hillsides as the eni FIM Superbike World Championship returns to Monterey July 11-13, 2014 for its only U.S. appearance.

The Ferrari Challenge returns to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca with three full days of racing with the Ferrari 458 Challenge. This engaging series allows Ferrari owners the opportunity to compete wheel-to-wheel while providing Ferrari enthusiasts the chance to watch the Prancing Horse run in their natural environment – the race track.
The tradition of memorable sports car racing will continue at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in 2014 with the addition of America’s all-new premier sports car racing series: The TUDOR United SportsCar Championship.
This entirely new series created by the merger between the GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series and the American Le Mans Series retains the very popular format of races within a race, providing plenty of on-track action and constant passing.
