How to Enter Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca – Please Do Not Use General GPS Coordinates For Entry
South Boundary Road and Highway 68 Instructions:
General parking and vehicles with RED and BROWN parking permits are required to enter via South Boundary Road, accessible from Highway 218 and General Jim Moore Blvd. in Del Rey Oaks.
Vehicles with BLUE and GREEN parking permits may enter the circuit via Highway 68.
Please note that after 10 a.m., vehicles may be directed to other parking lots depending on space availability. Vehicles without parking passes will be directed to Purple Parking lots 10 and 11.
Gates open at 7:00 a.m. daily.
Barloy Canyon Road (accessed via Watkins Gate, Reservation Road, Salinas)
This gate will be open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Vehicles without a parking windshield pass will be directed to Purple Parking lots 10 and 11. All others will be directed to the designated colored parking areas based on space availability.
Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca will host five motorsports events this year and we welcome you to apply for media credentials. Please keep in mind that credentials will only be issued to individuals working on assignment from a recognized media organization that regularly provides original, primary source news.
Individuals assigned to cover a single event, or a combination of Mazda Raceway events should apply for event credentials on an event-by-event basis.
With your online application please provide a letter of assignment on official letterhead. Included in the request should be the names and titles of the individuals assigned to cover the event(s).

Important: If your media organization covered Mazda Raceway events in 2013, please submit clips of your coverage. If this will be your organization’s first visit to the raceway, please offer samples of your coverage from other related coverage from the past year.
The heart of historic downtown Monterey will be transformed into an outdoor motorsports museum when historic race cars line Alvarado Street between 5 and 7 p.m. on Friday, August 8 when Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca kicks of the 2014 Monterey Classic Car Week activities.
Monterey Peninsula resident and 1985 Indianapolis 500 winner Danny Sullivan has been announced as the Grand Marshal for the inaugural Aston Martin Motorsports Festival, presented by PassTime. He brings a tremendous background in motorsports from both the U.S. and abroad.
Please do not use general GPS coordinates for Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca during the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion weekend. For entry, please use the following directions unless otherwise instructed by event signage:
From Highway 1: Exit on Hwy 218 (Exit 403) Seaside/Del Rey Oaks exit, travel East and continue for approximately 4 miles. Turn left on Gen. Jim Moore Blvd. Turn right on South Boundary Rd. and follow the signs to the Raceway.
From Highway 101: Take the MontereyPeninsula/Sanborn Rd exit. Travel West on Sanborn Rd to South Main St/Hwy 68. Make left turn onto Hwy 68. Take the Reservation Rd. exit; turn left on Del Monte Blvd. which turns into Hwy 1. Take Hwy 218 (Exit 403) Seaside/Del Rey Oaks exit, travel East and continue for approximately 4 miles. Turn left on General Jim Moore Blvd. Turn right on South Boundary Road and follow the signs to the Raceway.

Our Governing Committee has narrowed down the entry requests for the 15 race groups. Here is the latest list for your reference by race group. “A” groups race on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. “B” groups race on Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

The official 100th anniversary celebration of Maserati shifts into high gear during the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca beginning Friday, August 15 with a tribute to Italy and continuing through Sunday, August 17.
Two of the arguably most iconic Maserati race cars ever constructed served as the inspiration for this year’s Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion poster art that was revealed today: The Maserati Tipo 61 and 250F Grand Prix car. Maserati is the featured marque of the historic motorsport gathering which will commemorate its centennial.
Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca official artist Bill Patterson elegantly combined the two cars into one collage, which was not an easy feat, but he was able to capture their essence of grace, motion and, of course, speed.
