The fourth annual Race ‘N’ Rod Nationals presented by Mothers, Saturday, September 8th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., will feature a stunning colorful array of some of the most beautiful cars and trucks ever built and customized. The popular event will be held in the Yamaha Marketplace during the Continental Tire Sports Car Festival powered by Mazda September 7-9, 2012.
Participants may enter for a low $35 fee that includes two Saturday race day general admission tickets, a T-shirt, Poker Run, Mothers Goody Bag and an on-track parade lap.
Ending weeks of speculation, Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd announced today that Valentino Rossi has signed on to ride for the Yamaha Factory Racing MotoGP™ team for the 2013 and 2014 seasons.
Rossi won four of his seven MotoGP™ World Champion titles while with Yamaha. He will once again join teammate and rival, current MotoGP™ Championship points leader and 2010 World Champion, Jorge Lorenzo in the Yamaha garage.

Yamaha Factory Racing riders Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies, along with Monster Yamaha Tech 3 riders Cal Crutchlow and Andrea Dovizioso were caught in action, each with their own Hemi-powered Dodge Challengers, which will also play a starring role in the soon-to-be-released video.
On the eve of the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix at Laguna Seca at Thursday’s press conference, Yamaha Factory Racing’s Ben Spies, joined by championship leader Jorge Lorenzo, Casey Stoner, Valentino Rossi and Colin Edwards, confirmed that he will be leaving the team at the end of the year, yet remained tight-lipped on his plans for 2013. This has subsequently sent so-called “silly season” into overdrive with regards to riders’ contracts, especially with Ducati Team’s Rossi considering his future options for next year.
