Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca will host five motorsports events this year and we welcome you to apply for media credentials. Please keep in mind that credentials will only be issued to individuals working on assignment from a recognized media organization that regularly provides original, primary source news. We do not credential freelancers.
Individuals assigned to cover a single event, or a combination of Mazda Raceway events should apply for event credentials on an event-by-event basis. Season credentials (not valid for World Superbike) are available on a limited basis and should only be applied for if you are assigned to cover three or more of our 2015 events.
Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca welcomes and appreciates legitimate media coverage; however, application for credentials does not guarantee approval.
Be Prepared Before You Start This Process!
With your online application you will need to provide a letter of assignment on official letterhead. Included in the request should be the names and titles of the individuals assigned to cover the event(s).
If your media organization covered Mazda Raceway events in 2014, please also include clips of your coverage. If this will be your organization’s first visit to the raceway, please offer samples of your coverage from other related coverage from the past year.
World Superbike applicants are required to provide a passport photo and date of birth for each applicant.

Tight competition among a variety of American and international manufacturers has become a trademark of the GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series’ GT class, a fast-paced fact underscored by last Saturday’s Porsche 250 at Barber Motorsports Park.
When the two-hour, 45-minute battle was complete in the second race of the season, three different manufacturers were represented on the GT podium. Five manufacturers – Mazda, Audi, Porsche, BMW and Chevrolet – shared the top six positions. The Barber field overall featured seven manufacturers with eight different models.
