The eni FIM Superbike World Championship, GEICO Motorcycle U.S. Round features riders, teams and manufacturers racing high-performance bikes very similar to the ones right off the showroom floor.
There is plenty of nail-biting racing to enjoy with two races during the weekend. This is the one chance to see these international riders, as it is the series’ only visit to the United States. Approximately 25 riders line up on the starting grid, making for an entertaining field and hard-fought battle for the lead at every turn.

Advance tickets range from $20 for a Friday-only ticket to $70 for a three-day General Admission ticket. Children 12 and under are free with paid adult.

Bringing added thrills to the festival is the Aston Martin GT4 Challenge of North America. While vintage automobile racing trends as a mostly-gentleman’s sport, plenty of women have shaped its decades-old history, and several will keep the wheels in motion driving their own collectibles at this year’s Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion. Scheduled for August 14-17 at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, the annual event this year celebrates 100 years of Maserati and punctuates action on the track with 550 pre-selected historic and period-correct race cars competing in 15 race groups over the four-day gathering.
The monthly Twilight Cycling Ride, presented by Rabobank, at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca will be an evening of fun, trial races, general lapping and followed by a delicious BBQ June 18 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. The evening is hosted by the Monterey Bay Racing Team, which was formed in 2005 by a handful of cyclists interested in increasing local participation of bicycle racing.
